Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and exchange policy carefully, including special conditions for hygiene-sensitive jewelry and apparel products.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws (such as receiving a refund for faulty, damaged, or not-as-described goods).
Return Conditions
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery if all of the following conditions are met:

The item is unused and unworn

Only reasonable trying-on for fit is permitted for clothing

The item is in its original packaging

All tags, labels, and protective seals are attached and intact

The product is in resellable condition

The return includes proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items Not Eligible for Return
Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases, unless your legal rights apply (e.g., the item is faulty or incorrect):
Jewelry Restrictions

Used, worn, or damaged jewelry

Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewelry, including:

Opened or tried-on earrings

Piercing jewelry
(Restricted due to health and hygiene regulations)

Apparel Hygiene Restrictions

Clothing that shows signs of wear beyond trying on

Items that are stained, perfumed, washed, or altered

Items returned without original tags and hygiene liners (where applicable)

Bodysuits, underwear-style garments, or similar intimate items if hygiene seals are removed
General Restrictions

Personalized or custom-made products, including:

Name-engraved jewelry
-
Custom designs (initials, birthstones, zodiac signs, special dates)

Returns requested after the 15-day period

Items missing original packaging or not matching the product ordered
How to Return an Item

Submit your return request through the “Orders” section in your account.

Our customer service team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.

Items must be shipped using trackable shipping.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless:

The product is faulty

The item arrived damaged

An incorrect item was sent
In these cases, return shipping costs will be reimbursed.
Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on eligible jewelry and apparel items under the following conditions:

With tags, seals, and labels intact

In resellable condition

Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Exchange

Submit your exchange request through the “Orders” section or contact customer service to confirm stock availability.

Ship the item securely using a trackable courier.

After inspection, the replacement item will be dispatched within 3–7 business days.
Exchange Restrictions
Exchanges are not available for:

Personalized or custom-made products

Earrings and hygiene-sensitive jewelry

Apparel items that fail hygiene or wear conditions
Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size, color, or variation (subject to stock). If unavailable, a refund will be offered.
